Dear Sir and Brother
I am able to confirm that TDMC will endeavour to support Unit meetings and LoI/CoI meetings following the opening of Cole Court on September 1st.
For the avoidance of doubt, such meetings will be managed under the same strict arrangements we have previously published, that is to say that it is the mandatory requirement to book with TDMC for each such meeting – even if it is your regular meeting date. Due to essential social distancing Lodge Room capacities are now restricted, it is therefore essential that Secretaries notify the centre of the numbers attending no later than four days before the meeting; the Lodge Room and associated entrance to be used will be allocated two days before the meeting.
As a further reminder, Secretaries are required to provide to the centre the name and contact phone number of all attendees. This information will be used solely for NHS Test and Trace requirements.
May I take this opportunity to draw your attention to our catering facilities - the bar and dining room are open! Whilst UGLE have stated there can be no Festive Boards after meetings, we as a centre are trying hard to keep the business going and therefore could I ask you as the Secretary of your unit to promote the fact that everyone and anyone can dine at Cole Court under the Guidelines of the Government. We are offering in these unprecedented times a three-choice menu of a starter, main and dessert for the very reasonable £ 24.50 per head. There will be a full bar service available, so why not consider a meal with your friends ( two to a table ), a pre L.O.I. meal to catch up on missing out on four months of our beloved Freemasonry. We thank you in advance for your continued support of TDMC.
The Board members and staff at the centre and look forward to your custom again real soon.
May I request you forward this to ALL members so they are properly briefed.
With fraternal regards and best wishes
