Cole Court Business Function Rooms and Services
Here at Cole Court we have many rooms that are available for small meetings to conference style meetings, whether it be a half day booking or multi day event, we have the flexibility to make you day go smoothly. With ample parking and easy access in and out of London we are perfectly located. We are near Heathrow airport, with fast train access to London. Full catering is also available, buffets style or full sit down plated meals can be arranged according to your needs.
We even have the flexibility to manage break out meetings for your visitors, because of our many rooms we have and provide for on short notice.
We cater for a variety of customer functions both corporate and private for work or pleasure. An ideal location to host any work or social function. We have a variety of rooms available to hire all at a realistic and affordable price. As with any party or function you want it all, Cole court has it all, function rooms offering great availability to create the venue you desire along with great ambiance and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life
There are 5 main rooms which are for hire...
Dining Room 1
This is our largest room incorporating a stage and is suitable for corporate presentations. Wedding banquet's and disco's, Bar mitzvah's or any large party or function.
The room is air conditioned and has wireless internet access. It will comfortably accommodate up to 120 people when set up for a seminar or conference and will seat 100 people at round tables.
Dining Room 2
This room can also be used for slightly smaller seminars or conferences and will accommodate 75/80 people.
Dining Room 3
Smaller meeting room with its own bar and is ideal for small social gatherings. It will comfortably seat 50 people or take up to 75 standing.
Alice Caplin Suite
This room will seat 15/20 people and is suitable for a small conference.
The room has doors opening onto an outside raised patio with tables and seating area.
The Shakespeare Room
Virtually the same size as The Alice Caplin Suite and suitable for the similar purposes.
